Maison Kojira was founded on a simple belief: the foods we use every day should be as exceptional as the occasions we celebrate. We create gourmet salts and fermented non-alcoholic drinks that help everyday cooking become richer, more nourishing and more memorable. Instead of relying on artificial shortcuts, we develop flavour through whole ingredients, fermentation, ageing and preservation. Led by founder Prakay Vichapa, Maison Kojira combines craftsmanship with food science to create products that make ordinary meals feel extraordinary while encouraging a more thoughtful relationship with food.
