I’m Tracy Vinnicombe, founder of The Therapists’ Coach, and I help therapists, bodyworkers, and private practice owners build businesses that are consistently full, financially sustainable, and genuinely enjoyable to run. With 28 years of self-employment experience and over 20 years in private practice myself, I teach from the inside out, not from a textbook. My approach blends sales psychology with grounded, repeatable marketing strategy so that getting visible, building trust, and converting enquiries into paying clients stops feeling overwhelming and starts feeling like second nature. I work with practitioners who are brilliant at what they do but frustrated that being qualified hasn’t automatically made them booked, and I help them bridge that gap without the hype, the hustle, or the ick.
