I’m Lydia Agbobidi, founder of WomenBizHub and the Women in Business Community, a Facebook community bringing together more than 32,000 women in business.

I help women become more visible, connected and confident online through practical strategy, community and structured visibility support. My work is particularly suited to experienced women who know they have something valuable to offer but are struggling to communicate it clearly, reach the right people or create consistent opportunities from their online presence.

As a Meta Certified Community Manager, social media strategist and business coach with more than 15 years of experience, I understand that meaningful visibility is not about constantly posting, following every trend or becoming the loudest person online. It is about being recognised for the right things, building trusted relationships and creating assets that continue working for your business over time.

Through WomenBizHub, I create opportunities for women to be discovered, featured, recommended and connected with potential clients and collaborators.

I am the creator of the Rise & Shine journal series, a growing collection of motivational and reflective journals designed to support women through confidence, visibility, calm, purpose, new beginnings and personal reinvention.

The series reflects my belief that women should not have to disappear as they grow older, experience change or begin a new chapter. They deserve tools that help them reconnect with themselves, recognise their value and move forward with intention.

I am also the author of Keeping Families Safe on Social Media, a digital parenting guide created to help parents protect neurotypical and neurodiverse children online.
